How do you pack your products?

  • All our jewellery is packaged in a jewellery box and sealed securely. We take great care to package the jewellery appropriately to avoid any damage during transit.

Do you offer gift packing?

  • Yes we do and absolutely free of cost. Once you add products to cart , you will see a "Add Gift Options" box on top of the Checkout tab, click on this and you will see a box where you can write any personal message that you want us to include with the box. Save these options and we will include the message and gift pack your order.

What if I have already made the order and now want to include a message?

  • You can write to care@thekojewelleryshop.com or message via whatsapp on 9113951814 with your order confirmation number, your request and the message. We’ll take care of the rest.
