Where all do you ship?

  • We ship to almost anywhere in the world.

 

How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer Free International Shipping for orders above Rs 30000. Our international shipping rate is Rs.3000/- for all orders below Rs 30000. International orders qualify for free shipping when the order amount crosses Rs 30,000 (approx. USD 375)
  • Prices do not include custom duty
How long does it take to ship my order?
  • Shipping for International Orders takes about 10-15 working days. However, this applies only for Ready to Ship products. For custom-made/made to order products, there will be an additional time lag (of 3 weeks) for making the product.
  • Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
  • Please do note that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather conditions, etc.
  • We will keep you updated and provide you with the tracking information once your order is dispatched via SMS / email.
Payment Options for International Orders
  1. Please note we accept payment in Indian rupees only. No foreign currency payments are accepted on our site.
  2. Indian Credit/Debit  Cards: We accept all Indian cards for payment, please select the first option to pay by card.
  3. BANK TRANSFER: You can make payments through bank transfer from your Indian bank account only. 
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT
  1. We do not accept international cards for payment.
  2. We do not accept transfers from international bank accounts.
  3. We  do not accept payments from Paypal as of now.
  4. We DO NOT ACCEPT money transfers via WESTERN UNION or XOOM , Remitly, Transferwise (these are meant for transfers to individuals only not Companies)
  5. You can also place an order from anywhere outside India and ask us to ship it to an address within India with the advantage of Free Shipping. 

     

    Transit Insurance

    • All goods will be fully insured by KO until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

         

        Can I request for real images / video of the designs I like or a live video consultation ?

        • Definitely, we are always willing to assist you in case you want to see more pictures of the product. 
        • In case you want to see live pictures or videos message us (via whatspp on 9113951814 you can do this by clicking on the whatspp icon seen inside the chat tab) mentioning the name of the product you want to see.
        • We are available Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 6 PM) IST. Sundays and Indian public holidays are non-working days.
        • We will share the pictures or videos provided the piece is in stock. Allow us a few hours time to respond to such requests as we may need time to locate the piece or sometimes may not be able to reply immediately due to shortage of staff. However we will get back to you within 24 hrs with the details.

         

        Can i add items to my existing order ?

        • Yes, you may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched it.
        • We can add the new products to the earlier order and ship them together without charging extra shipping. If we have already dispatched your package, you will need to make a new order.

         

        How do I track my order?

        • If you have an account with us log in and check the status of your order. If it says fulfilled, it means your order has been despatched. And for parcels sent via DHL/FEDEX you can track there itself.
        • Once your order is despatched you will recieve a mail from us with the tracking number of the parcel and the tracking URL where you can track the progress of the parcel. 
        • You can also track your order on our website by clicking on the 'Track your order' link. Here just enter your 4 digit order number and your mail id to track the parcel. You also have the option of tracking the parcel by entering the tracking number which has been mailed to you.     
        • Please make sure you fill in your email id while placing the order so that we can send you the tracking info.

         

        Do i need to pay any extra duties or customs charges?

        • Any duties, taxes or levies chargeable on international orders are to be borne and paid by customers. Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations if any are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery
        •  You may be required to pay local duties when you receive the products. Kindly check the same before ordering. In case the duties are not paid the product may be scrapped and we will not issue refunds for the same.
        • The Local Custom Clearance, Insurance & Freight Charges (CIF Charges) will be borne by KO Jewellery, however VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

         

              What if I need to return something I purchased?

              • We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders that have been shipped to international addresses as the shipping cost is prohibitively expensive.

              We do not give refunds for any orders, all sales are final. 

                   

                  What if I receive a damaged product? 

                  •  We take great care in packaging our products safely yet if  your merchandise arrives damaged, please mail/ Whatsapp us photo of the damaged product within 12 hours of receiving your order
                  •  If the product is found to be defective or incorrect , we will send a replacement once we recieve the defective piece from you, return charges have to be borne by the customer. As we do not have an international return pickup option available, you would have to ship the product back to us on your own.
                  • Also if you recieve a parcel with missing items we will check the issue with the courier and work towards providing you a replacement (allow us sufficient time to resolve this).
                  • Please note we will send the missing product as early as possible , but in cases where the product is not ready it will take us a minimum of 3 weeks to craft it.
                  • No claim for damage/ missing product will be accepted without unboxing picture/video that has to be sent within 12 hours of recieving the parcel.

                   

                    Do you offer repair services?

                    • Yes one of the advantages of crafting our jewellery is that we can also repair any piece of jewellery .
                    • But please note we offer this service only at our store in Bangalore and the jewellery needs to be dropped off at our store physically. We do not offer this service for outstation clients or those who are unable to visit the store . We do not take responsibility for products sent via courier for repair.
                    • In order to determine whether your product can be repaired it needs to be examined by our staff who will communicate the charges on the spot. Minimum time taken for all repairs is 1 week, sometimes it may take more. Repair charges are determined by us on a case to case basis. 

                    How do I cancel an order?

                    • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours. To cancel an order, please send us an email at care@thekojewelleryshop.com or  whatspp on 9113951814 with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.
                    • We can cancel the order only if the product has not already been dispatched from our store.
                    • In case of order cancellation , when we do a refund for the amount paid the merchant payment gateway charges of 2% (or the exact Charge) will be deducted from your payment. Since this is a non-refundable charge levied by the payment gateway it will be charged back to customer.
